Welcome Winter Solstice RETURNS AGAIN THIS YEAR!  Come celebrate the shortest and darkest day of the year with Soul Stretch Yoga and Cleveland Sound Healing, Friday, December 18th, from 7pm-8:30pm. 

The night begins with a specially themed Winter Restorative Yoga class by candlelight with Rose, ending with a Healing Sound Bath by Sharon Lichtcsien.  A candle meditation follows to help clear away negative energies from 2026, with an outdoor ceremony around our bonfire.  Afterwards, we will release paper lanterns into the sky to help set elevated intentions for a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!

Join Rose and Soul Healer/Medium, Mary Hernandez of HeArt Remembrance for this Cozy Friday 3-hour winter retreat invites participants to embrace Hygge – the Danish art of comfort and calm – through grounding, rest and mindful connection.  Designed to support the body and nervous system during the deep winter months, this experience combines restorative yoga, reflection, and community connection while sharing warm, nourishing bites and a cozy creative ritual.  The focus is on slowing down, finding warmth within, and reconnecting to ease and presence.

During the event, Mary will be performing a restorative sacred sound experience, using a brief heart-centered meditation accompanied by cyrstal singing bowls, rain stick and sacred sound.  As you bask in the waves of south, Rose's guided meditation will weave together breath work and energy awareness inviting you to spark the soul and reconnect with the heart as a place of inner warmth, peace and belonging.
