Our immersion will focus on healing and holistic wellness through THE SIX DOCTORS: Sunshine, Water, Rest, Air, Exercise and Food. You'll experience deep discussions, enjoyable yoga classes, fun NEW workshops and nurritionally complete whole foods.
Your retreat begins the moment you get out of your car and step into our studio and outdoor oasis. Our Meet & Greet Gathering Circle is a chance to connect with other Yogis while sipping on fruit infused waters and herbal teas. You'll participate in TWO all level yoga classes as well as a seasonal aromatherapy workshop, a variety of outdoor activities and guided walking meditation as well as journaling workshops.
Rose and Diana are experienced and passionate life/health/wellbeing coaches who will guide you through an inner journey of gentle, yet insightful activities designed to help you shift your perspective, refocus your mind and gain clarity about your values and needs. You'll soak up the summertime sun, relax, recharge, have fun, enjoy great food, bodn with like-minded women and make new memories.
Highlights include: Two all levels vinyasa/yin yoga classes for GENTLE STRETCH (skill level: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced), Two hearty and delicious vegetarian, gluten free and organic meals (brunch & late lunch)) plus snacks and beverages, a Seasonal Aromatherapy Workshop with make & take items, NEW Journaling Workshop, NEW Outdoor Activities & Guided Walking Meditation and Yoga Swag Bag filled with carefully curated items to help you practice self-care once you leave the retreat.
