Join E-RYT 500, Rose Sabin and 100 hour Certified Sound Healer Practitioner Lesley Turski for three Signature Experiences which combine a gentle all levels 45 minute Restorative + Yin Yoga Class followed by a 45 minute Sound Bath to recharge your body, mind and soul.

Step into the transformative experience of Sound Bath Therapy and witness the profound harmony and resonance unfold within you. Sound Therapy, also know as sound healing, involves use of frequencies, sound vibrations, healing instruments, as well as your voice to release physical, emotional, and mental blockages. Sound therapy has been shown to have positive effects on the human body and mind for pain relief, decreasing anxiety, lowering blood pressure, reducing tension, improving energy levels and enhancing mindfulness! Students will feel as though they are being “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

Afterwards, we’ll be hosting a Soul Society Sipping Circle where we’ll be serving light refreshments as Leslie shares some secrets of the ancient world of sound healing with you.

Come celebrate the shortest and darkest day of the year with Soul Stretch Yoga.

The night begins with a specially themed Winter Restorative Yoga class. We’ll practice by candlelight with Rose and end with a Healing Sound Bath by Lesley of Cleveland Sound Healing.  A candle meditation follows to help us clear away negative energies from 2024 with an outdoor ceremony around our bonfire.  Afterwards, we will release paper lanterns into the sky to help set elevated intentions for a happy, healthy and prosperous new year.  Refreshments will be served afterwards.  Please bring a warm coat and blanket to sit around the fire during our ceremony.
