Balancing Act off the Mat: running two small businesses while still finding time to walk the dogs and make dinner! Good for the Soul: walks in the woods, summers at the lake, trips to Maui, travels through Italy, a good book by the fire, a Sunday afternoon spent cooking, a kick ass yoga or spin class, and lots of warm/fuzzy moments with my mutts

Spiritual Warrior All Levels Vinyasa Flow

Join Rose for an inspirational ALL LEVELS class to help you laugh, cut loose, clear your head and empower you, mind, body and soul. This class offers a well-rounded practice that includes a warm up, the setting of an Elevated Intention, standing poses, twists, balances, as well as meditation and final deep relaxation - all in just one hour! All levels of experience or no experience are welcome.

Relax and Restorative + Yin Stretch

This class encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing. Props will be used to support poses while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Absolutely no experience needed to participate.

Warm Slow Burn

Accessible to any level of practitioner. This candle lite class differs from our Vinyasa classes by removing much of the flow element and allowing students to explore each pose for longer periods of time. Class will include breath-work, long held poses, weight movement, bands and core work to help build lean muscle mass. The studio will be slightly heated to allow the muscles to open up.
