Balancing Act off the Mat: running two small businesses while still finding time to walk the dogs and make dinner! Good for the Soul: walks in the woods, summers at the lake, trips to Maui, travels through Italy, a good book by the fire, a Sunday afternoon spent cooking, a kick ass yoga or spin class, and lots of warm/fuzzy moments with my mutts

Cap off your weekend with candlelight restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative journey. This practice of non-doing helps relieve tension in all layers of our being. Props are provided, but feel free to bring socks, pillows or blankets to make yourself more comfortable. Clear your mind and connect to your breath in our supportive, peaceful environment. Enjoy a fusion YIN + Restorative class with gentle, but deep stretch and finish with 15 minutes of Guided Meditation / Yoga Nidra (the yoga of sleep). Transition into your week from a place of serenity and peace while feeling completely rested and restored.

NEW Spin, Sculpt & Stretch with John & Diana

This dynamic NEW class is half cardio, half yoga for a whole-body rejuvenation. You’ll warm-up and do forty minutes of cardiovascular drills with weights on the bike. Then you’ll synchronize your body and breath with twenty minutes of deep stretch yoga. It combines spin, a cardio workout, sculpt, a strength workout and stretching, so you get the best of three worlds in a single class!
