Join Dr. Diana OUTDOORS at Root to Rise (80 N. Christy Chapel Road in Port Clinton) every Sunday for a slower flow vinyasa based sequence to build core strength, balance and flexibility. Ending with deep stretch yin to lengthen muscles and strengthen joints. A great way to balance your vinyasa practice with a time and place to relax and release. In the event of rain, the class will return to the yoga studio in Marblehead

This class encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness and deep breathing. Props will be used to support poses while gently stretching and strengthening the body. Absolutely no experience needed to participate.
