This class will help restore the central nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Bring your mats and come practice ALL LEVELS YOGA OUTDOORS with Rose Rain or Shine, we'll be practicing yoga overlooking the magnificent Lake Erie Islands either on the beautiful grounds of Hotel Lakeside located at 150 Maple Avenue or under the Pavilion across from the Hotel. ‍ All Soul Stretch Yoga students will be given a FREE 3-Hour Pass to stay and explore EACH AND EVERY FRIDAY, through September 3rd! Parking is available outside all gates of Lakeside Chautauqua with shuttle service to and from the Hotel Lakeside, or enjoy a beautiful 10-minute walk from the parking lots to the Hotel.
