Join us for “Barre & Blooms”, a rejuvenating workshop blending barre fitness with the beauty of nature!  Strengthen, stretch and flow through a graceful Barre workout led by Rose.  Then unwind with floral inspired mindfulness, herbal refreshments and a hands-on mini bouquet-making session lead by Gather & Grow with Em.

The cost to attend is just $49.00 and includes the flower bouquet, snacks and one alcoholic beverage per person.
