Accessible to any level of practitioner. This candle lite class differs from our Vinyasa classes by removing much of the flow element and allowing students to explore each pose for longer periods of time. Class will include breath-work, long held poses, weight movement, bands and core work to help build lean muscle mass. The studio will be slightly heated to allow the muscles to open up.
